Peter Mitchell has 27 years of marketing, innovation and advertising experience. He is an astute observer of consumer and industry trends that he effectively implements for his clients' benefit. His professional career includes senior level positions in both advertising agencies and corporations. He has led market and innovation processes that integrated consumer advertising, public relations, corporate identity and web-based relationship marketing. His corporate experience includes marketing positions with American Airlines and Haggar Clothing Company, where he introduced new products and services into Canada, Central America and the United Kingdom.

Wolford McCue has 29 years of marketing, branding, and innovation/business development experience. He thrives on encouraging leaders in the corporate and association worlds to embrace the future and seize opportunities for continued growth. Wolford was Senior Vice President of Bozell (now TM Advertising) in Dallas. Clients have included AT&T/Texas, AT&T/Wireless, American Airlines, American Bar Endowment, American Heart Association, Baylor University Medical Center, Brinker International, Dallas Symphony Association, Dial Corporation, Dell, Dillard Department Stores, Fidelity Investments, Greyhound Lines, Heart Rhythm Society, Susan G. Komen Foundation, Marriott Corporation, Bank of America, Piaggio Avanti, Nissan Diesel America, The Dallas Morning News, Zale Corporation and Texas Instruments.

Lisa Miller has 25 years of corporate leadership and consulting experience. Through her work in such varied business sectors as retail, restaurants, consumer packaged goods and associations she has become an expert in consumer insights and innovation that accelerate change and, ultimately, deliver sustainable growth. Lisa has led innovation initiatives and customer programs with Walmart, and has also had engagements with other industry-leading companies such as Applebee’s, IHOP, Kimberly-Clark and Frito Lay. As VP of Innovation at Brinker International, she developed a new Guest Loyalty program, doubled Brinker's gift card business and engineered Chili's To-Go guest experience that drove double digit sales lifts.

Margaret Bonner has over 25 years of business, marketing and innovation planning experience in a breadth of products and services both domestically and overseas. She has held Fortune 100 corporate positions and managing director positions at global advertising agencies, and played a key role in innovation initiatives for American Heart Association and Heart Rhythm Society. She led an interdisciplinary team during a three-year assignment for the U.S. EPA on strategy and branding issues for its Energy Star Program successfully piloting and launching such innovations as financing initiatives to create consumer pull. She has led account communication strategy and innovation for Frito-Lay to achieve successful line extensions and new product introductions, and while brand director for Revlon she led new product development in fragrance.

Francisco Escobar has spent 30 years in financial and relationship management on a global scale, with a particular focus on the marketing communications industry. As an independent advisor to major corporations, marketing services providers, associations and other industry intermediaries, his consulting services include new business development/ideation, formulation of equitable contractual agreements, validation of cost/pricing components, negotiation of compensation arrangements, optimization of working processes and implementation of innovative performance measurement tools and incentive plans. Fluent in Spanish, French and Italian, he has 22 years of experience with Texas Instruments in worldwide financial, marketing and procurement management.

Louise Hurlbut has a broad marketing strategy and research background developed over 32 years in the industry. From Fortune 500 companies to venture-backed startups, Louise has worked in all aspects of marketing including product management, advertising, promotions, PR, direct marketing and new product development. She is currently instrumental in the development of strategic marketing plans, consumer market research studies and product branding. Not only has she worked in the fast moving consumer goods and retail industries with household names that include Kraft (General Foods), Safeway Stores, Quaker, Coors, Boston Market, DirecTV, Dex Media, Vail Resorts and Ralston Purina, but she is also the co-founder of Boppy Inc., whose award-winning Boppy pillow was voted “Best Product of the Year” for six years by American Baby.

Linda Shanley has 36 years of experience in marketing communications and advertising as a campaign strategist and creative writer. Whether it's a new name, tagline, positioning or website, her fresh perspective and innovative thinking help clients re-energize their business. She crafts targeted communications for diverse technology, financial, healthcare and retail clients, working in both traditional and digital media, and has also done extensive work in the areas of branding and product concept development. She has earned a reputation as being one of the industry’s most versatile writers after long stints on American Airlines, Pepsi and other leading brands for the three largest advertising agencies in the Southwest.
