Research

Laura Valvassori handles all qualitative and quantitative methodologies used in our firm’s Agency Relationship Management and Agency Search processes. She draws on her experience as a researcher at Cheskin Research in consumer behavior and client-side experience in customer satisfaction research. Laura leads our practice to ensure that all survey questions are optimally constructed and the right analysis is performed to match the study objectives.

Analytics

Matthew Schroeder assures the statistical validity of all our research work. He brings his rich background in political strategy and political issue polling to all the quantitative tools we use. Matthew ensures that data integrity and modeling are consistent with the most rigorous procedures and industry best practices for sampling.

Technology

Michael Stubbs develops and deploys each client custom research study with the latest software and hardware support. With 20 years of experience in the Silicon Valley technology community, he provides Mitchell&McCue clients with best practices in collaborative work platforms and custom research software.

Agency Communications

Julie Farnie manages communication with the agency community throughout each Mitchell&McCue search. She uses her client-side advertising experience to effectively facilitate the ongoing information flow to provide all agencies with timely responses to their individual information requirements. Julie manages the collaborative online work platforms that enable our clients and agencies to focus more time on the actual deliverables of a review and less time managing search details.

Content

Linda Shanley reviews the content of our agency search recommendations and incorporates the observations of a team of independent experts into thoughtful and multi-dimensional analyses of agency responses to RFI’s. Linda and her team of writers ensure that our firm provides rich verbatims and balanced analyses to reach consensus on a client’s short list of two, three or four agency finalists.

Information Design

Marie St. Hilaire oversees the production team that assembles all client and agency contact material. It has been our practice to ensure that all written communication is produced in a manner that delivers visual impact to improve readability and clarity for our clients.

Video Production

Tim Hart is responsible for the presentation of agency credentials at our client briefing meetings, which are used to cut the RFI long list to the finalists. With today’s integrated communications tactics, Tim and his team assemble the visual components and video production for the client selection committee to review agency RFI submissions and present agency case histories.

Productivity

Work Zone is an online platform solution to organize and expedite communications between the client, finalist agencies and the Mitchell&McCue consulting team, which we offer to client work teams and agency new business teams. This site serves as document library for all agency-specific communication between the consultant team and the client team leader. The password-protected environment allows all confidential materials to be uploaded to a library and organized with immediate availability for client review as convenient. Our site eliminates lost email traffic, oversized emails or excessive email traffic during the review.
